Yes, in SolastisCRM a contact may be associated to multiplle Accounts (Companies). This is useful as a same contact may be owning multiple companies or associated as advisor with multiple companies.
What is the difference between a Lead and a Contact ?
Contact is always associated to an Account (or multiple accounts) where as a Lead need not be associated with an account. Lead is generally considered as initial query from a prospect with limited information. Once a communication is established with a Lead and more details are understood, a contact can be created along with its associated Account.

How do emails from your customers converted into cases?
SolastisCRM allows you to automatically create case from incoming emails. Under Admin settings, you may configure an email account to automatically convert incoming emails into a cases, the default is ‘NOT’ to create cases automaatically.
Are there any risks in converting emails into cases automatically?
You need to watch for ‘Out of Office’ replies from customer’s email ids that may create a lot of cases in a short span of time. Currently this issue is being looked into to get fixed.
How do you check if an agent is looking at the same case ?
“Select Case Filter” menu under the case management section, offers options to set different filters in SolastisCRM. User may choose cases assigned to himself/herself or someone else. Under preview of a case, you can also see User Assigned (PIC) to the case

Why haven't I received the Activation email from SolastisCRM?
