Full Email Integration is the fourth and the most suitable approach to Email Integration. Solastis CRM Plus uses Full Email Integration, where the users can send and receive emails from the CRM itself. There is an in-built email client in the CRM, which once configured, can receive and send any email, and also by default tag those emails to the right Case in the CRM.
Full Email Integration also allows the companies to use email ids using their company’s domain. For example, a company named Akme Enterprise can create emails ids like firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com and use it in the CRM. Email ids using personal names can also be created and used. For example, Jenny@akmeenterprise.com or firstname.lastname@example.org
So Full Email Integration is free from the shortcomings of the other two approaches. First of all, the user no more has to juggle between the external email client and CRM. Everything can be done from the CRM as it has the functionality of an in-built email client. Secondly, it also makes it possible for the companies to create email ids with their own domain names. Emails will be automatically extracted to the CRM (Even if employee is on leave) and will be tagged to right cases as much possible.
The only small limitation is that the employees cannot use their email ids for personal communication, as it will also get extracted into the CRM / Case Management platform.
