Managers can create and assign Customizable Questionnaire and attach to the Tasks. The user will need to answer the questionnaire after completing that Task. A sample question can be “Have you met the customer personally to explain the offering? Explain the reason if No”. The questionnaire can be in the form of Yes or No, or in the form of long texts, depending on the requirement.
