In this article, we will take a look at how to implement a simple ticketing scenario using our platform. While the word ticket and a case are often used interchangeably in the CRM arena, there is a slight difference between both of them. While the ticket is normally for a very short duration work, cases are used for a long duration work. Tickets typically will last from few hours to a couple of days, and in this period those will get resolved and closed, whereas cases may take anywhere from a day to few weeks or even months in some cases.
Most of the CRMs provide a ticketing capability similar to what we are showing here.
